To be very frank, they are old, retarded and rude..

Most of the government employees have the same attitube problem.
They have a permanent job and a fixed salary. They will still get the salary whether they work or not. They dont get any additional incentives if they work and get more customers.
They are old, their knowledge is outdated, somebody just needs to kick these people out of the system.

I got a good treatment in my local exchange(Saravanampatti, Coimbatore) as well as in the another exchange (Saibaba Colony, Coimbatore). These people give a best solution on asking which type of internet we need and even they have telephoned higher officials for clarification by the customers. They called me and appreciate on giving my review on this site. So far they have been treating me well. So in Coimbatore BSNL officials are treating the customers well.

I'm from B'lore. i got my ev-do card from BSNL's NR Colony branch where, surprisingly, i was treated well!. They took just 15 minutes to complete all formalities and issued the device. But the only problem I've noticed so far is:
SOMEBODY NEEDS TO TEACH THOSE PEOPLE SITTING IN BSNL'S CUSTOMER CARE CENTER TO PICKUP THEIR BLOODY PHONES WHEN THEY ARE RINGING!!!Guests cannot see images in the messages. Please register in our forum for free by clicking here to see images.
