@agliecompy

You are running the script without root privileges.

@drebook

You can change the id the script yourself..

Veagles thank you very much for the reply. How do I get root privileges?
I am sorry but I am not much experienced about this. Any pointers are greatly appreciated...

RE: Using ZTE AC8700 in Mac
I created root user and ran second script. It showed ZTEC CDMA option but it crashed then twice. Later it started working fine. Hope it doesn't cause any problem in future. Thanks once again Veagles.

@agilecompy

Mine doesn't crash. I am using 10.5.3. I have never seen anyone reporting crashes..
@drebook

You can change it with any text editor.
Use Applications -> Utilities -> Textedit

RE: Using ZTE AC8700 in Mac
First update to 10.5.4 and then start over.. 10.5.4 will overwrite the drivers.
