Guys looks like there is some problem with the Black & Blue theme, whenever i use that theme i'm not able to log out, it is giving a message "User id was not found". I got the same problem on all the machines at my office, later i selected the default theme which allowed me Log out. Please check....

I too am having problems with BlacknBlue Theme.Here's what the error says:
Your user ID could not be verified to log you out. This may have been because a malicious Javascript was attempting to log you out automatically.
