No EVDO from past few days?

Hi Bangaloreans!

I have noticed that me and few members in this forum is not able to get EVDO from past few days. We are just able to get CDMA 1x and speeds are low too.

I contacted the customer care, and reported that I am not able to get EVDO from past few days and the guy at the other end said, "The problem was there from the morning", I gave no time for him to speak and said, "No, we are not getting EVDO from past few days, I recommend you to use EVDO everyday". Then he said, it must be okay now and u should get EVDO..

But yet I am not able to get EVDO here... so I request all bangaloreans to give their inputs here...

Me from BTM, and I am facing problem!!!!

Was not connecting to EVDO over the weekend...yesterday night it did connect at last, but speeds were very low...

Wanted to call them today, but was caught up with work and was not able to. If I face the same problem tonight also, I will be calling them tomorrow...

I am near KR puram BSNL exchange. I am getting full range and good speeds for the past 1 - 2 weeks.

looks like only few areas are affected. Hope they will try to solve it today, or else we have holidays tomorrow (ramzan) and day after tomorrow (gandhi jayanthi) and we will have to wait for few more days Guests cannot see images in the messages. Yes.. for me too. i am in BSK 1st stage..

I am getting only 1x signals only.

From past one week I am not getting EVDO signal, I am only getting 1X. I saw that some people have written that with 1X signal and they are able to dowload/browse but when I get 1X signal I cannot do anything... even it does not open the Google page. Can some body tell me any setting is required to browse/download when there is 1X signal.

I stay in BSK 3rd Stage

You need not change anything in order to browse while getting 1X signal. It should work the same all the time!
Btw, if you are not getting EVDO signal for past one week, I would suggest you to get in touch with BSNL..Check with them why you are not getting EVDO. If there is EVDO presense, and your modem is not able to catch that, then you may have to reconfigure your modem...so better call BSNL and check...
