Is there PCMCIA EVDO device?
Anyone please mention the device model name used for the EVDO connection for both USB and PCMCIA - 2.4 Mbps speed

I think there is no such PCMCIA Card for EVDO from BSNL

When I first went to get the EVDO modem, they said, that the USB one is not available but the PCMCIA 1 might be, it was a BSNL Mela held here, I saw the device, looked legit, I think it was EVDO also.

EVDO cards for PCMCIA Type II Slots are available with BSNL. The rates are the same as that for EVDO USB data card. It can be taken at any of the major Customer Service centres of BSNL. this is for laptop only. If there is PCMCIA type-I slot in the laptop, it will not be suitable. only type ii PCMCIA cards are available. NOw EVDO cards from BSNL are with National Roaming with an offer of Rs.750/- p.m for the evdo connections taken before 31.3.2010 Regards. |
