Hi guys..
I m frm UP..
I cant understand y u guys r nt getting sped like here ..
the highest spped i gt was 1980kbps..
& the normal highest speed i use to gt is 1200kbps..
minimum .. 200kbps to 450kbps..

ha u guysused DNS & Alternative DNS..??
if nt ask ur exchange ppls to provide u.. its like IP addess..

i m nt able to upload screenshots .. its nt accepting .. i dnt y ..

you must little lucky to be one among tens to get those speeds. I think its coz u stay near to the tower or the signal strength is good.. there is not much more to understand.. simple Guests cannot see images in the messages. Please register in our forum for free by clicking here to see images.

There is no need of asking DNS from exchange people. openDNS will fine.

nt only me dear...
every 1 here got same speed.. i hav taken my laptop frm abt 3 -4 km away frm tower, then also same speed...
Intially i was nt getting this speed ... i dt DNS, then the speed boosted up..

well .... thts mine experience.. i can ask u guys to the same..

i think u are telling about the speed which is displayed in EVDO's ZTE application..
well i got that speed once 2.3Mbps but true download speed at that time was 200kbps around in orbitdownloader

what will be the no. to dial, in evdo application it's #777. And username and password ?

Well i dont know for the other city but here in Ahmedabad[/b]
Its common for all users:

Number : #777
Username : cdma
Password : cdma

The reason to have common user/pass is we have only unlimited plan here.

is there any way to increase the strength of the received signal???. for eg using wires connecting to the antennaaa
