First month EVDO bill received

I have got the first month bill today. The details are:

Bill Date : 05-MAR-08
Pay By Date : 25-MAR-08
Calls From : 28-JAN-08 To : 29-FEB-08
PAY BY DATE : 25-FEB-08

FACILITY CHARGES : 850
SERVICE TAX : 102
EDUCATION CESS : 03
======
Amount Payable... : 955
======

So I am not sure, why BSNL generated the bill for Rs: 850 + Tax. I thought we need to pay Rs 750 + Tax.

I got 850 and odd in my first bill. I think there is some changes in taxes and other stuff across India.

i feel u should opt for an itemised bill and go to account officer and clarify things. well even i recieve approx 850Rs bill..

U can still go and make the payments for the first month. Because the new billing system confirms 2 month billing.

Whether the EVDO is purchased or on Rental? Whether activation charges paid in advanced or not? When was the connection made.. Rental will be started in the billing server when the card is configured and handed you immediately...
Suppose in the above case the customer purchase the modem by paying required charges in advance on 28th January and card was handed to him immediately.So he should receive the monthly bill on 5 th February09which consist of
1)Rental from 28th January09 to 31 Jan09 XXXXX (calculated as 4/31 * Rental and other charges for the month)
2)Advanced rental for the month Feb09 xxxxx
3)S.T &edu.cess xxxxx
---------------
Total xxxxxxx

In the above case if the modem is purchased on rental add Rs 200/- on the above calculations.

It seem instead of February the guy getting bill on 5th march, So don't know when the activation happened?
