Finally got my rental 650 plan back

Hi guys....i am very glad to tell u that after a very hard work for 6 days...i was able to get my plan rental 650 backGuests cannot see images in the messages. My connection was terminated coz of a payment due issue about which i was not aware... in this november. When i called BSNL wisemen to reconnect me...they did....but i was put in the plan rs 999 as the plan 650 was no more in their system. I was very much disappointed when i got the information that i will have to give rs 999+taxes for the same plan i was using before.
I requested BSNL wise ppl to reconnect me to the plan 650 as i was not a new customer and was using the services since one year....but they denied and said they cant help as the plan 650 no more existsGuests cannot see images in the messages. Please register in our forum for free by clicking here to see images.......but few days after i got a call from one of my known person in BSNL and he told me that old customers can get their plan 650 back if their services has been terminated coz of any issues...and they got the plan 650 back in to their systems.....It was like a bright sunshine for me and next day i applied there to retrieve my plan 650. Though it took me abt six days to get my paln back and i was offline for these six days....as they needed to terminated my connection in order to retrieve my plan(dunno y termination was needed...but wise ppl are wiseGuests cannot see images in the messages. Please register in our forum for free by clicking here to see images.). after the termination i was not connected back for six days and was receiving just their fake sympathies continuously. Now i decided to approach BSNL office .........and believe me it worked... i was connected in just 15 minutes with my plan rs 650Guests cannot see images in the messages. So the customers before november 2009, dont have to worry wat will they do if their services got terminated coz of such isuues....they can still get back their plan backGuests cannot see images in the messages. Please register in our forum for free by clicking here to see images.
But one new thing i heared there was that the plan 650 for existing customers is just for six months and the company can put them to rs 999 plan without any intimation after six months.Guests cannot see images in the messages. Please register in our forum for free by clicking here to see images.

I was f***** up because of these stupid BSNL guys. On 31st Oct I received a call from BSNL official stating that from 01st of NOV, your plan would be converted automatically to plan 999 and told me to change my plan. A week later, I visited BSNL office and changed the plan to 449. On 23rd of Nov, while browsing the website of BSNL, I came to know that for old customers, plan 650 would remain active.

I called up these BSNL guys and asked them to convert my plan back to 650 but they said it cannot be done...!! Yesterday I received my bill and came to know that I have been charged from 01 to 10 NOV according to 999 plan and thereafter according to plan 449. They also have added an activation charge of Rs. 500 in my bill. I feel cheated on behalf of this kind of thing by BSNL.!!!

Help out guys..!!!!

Hello bro,
i suggest u to visit local exchange and submit a complaint abt that call u recieved...and coz of that u took the step for changing ur plan. It was a wrong call from their side and they are responsible for the consequences. Submit an application to retrieve ur plan 650 too along with the complaint. They can not charge u an activation charge coz u had applied for a plan migration and not for a reactivation...mention this too in the complaint. Ok...u said u called bsnl guys to get ur plan 650 back and they denied......it may be coz they dont had the plan 650 reactivation tool at that time...and this tool is recently updated in their system. I suggest u to request them one more time as they got the plan 650 back into their system.....BEST OF LUCK
