I also have the same problem.I recieved a bill of Rs1870 for Feb,Mar & Apr.My monthly fixed charge for this connection is Rs 281.Although I had it reconnected after they disconnected[on 1st Feb],still I can't figure out whether this is due to connection charge or usage charge

I have got a bill of 985 for the first month.. They have taxed the deposit that i paid for the instrument of Rs.1500.. Is the bill all right? The lady at the csc said that i would get the bill for the first three months together.. And I expected the bill to be around 840(750+tax)

I guess you all are quite lucky, I have had the most shocking Billing experience, I got device on rental last month & I have received a Bill of Rs. 7100, it includes activation charges of Rs. 500x3= Rs. 1500, yea the activation has been cherged thrice for a single connection & lot of crap charges which I don't even understand. Bull shit billing, I mean how can they be so stupid in calculating the bill for a service that has every charges fixed to a certain amount. I calculated my bill myself & it came to around 4k (keeping 3 months rental & usage charges in advance)..... I am really gonna go to local exchange here in Gurgaon & gonna screw the Billing People....
