EVDO is not working in bangalore

hey giga, my dad works in bsnl...he said tat the main exchange(for evdo) which was in white field has been shifted to telecom building which is near vidhan soudha...so now the main exchange is in telecom building,tat is y we have to configure once again...t

If bsnl improved a bit on the customer care side, they could have excelled in this market.. Usually its the customer who face the headache all the time. Its the only reason why I cancelled my EVDO as well as my BSNL broadband application. Now happily browsing on Airtel broadband with peace of mind.

By providing unlimited internet at 550 compared to 1100 by tata indicom photon, and 1700 by reliance what else do you think that is still making bsnl lag behind others?

I also cant login to my EVDO.Only 1X is working.I will go to the service center and will get it reconfigured lets see>they might have increased some features.lol

Same here, unable to login to EVDO but 1x is working. I was able to login to EVDO today morning. Planning to take it to CSC for re-config.

I went yesterday to the customer care and got my device reconfigured now its working fine.The officer said that there was some technical issues so we changed the PRL.
I asked them about roaming they said that we are expecting by the end of MAy till now 3G switch is not active once its get activated Roaming will be activated

I got it reconfigured today morning from Malleswaram CSC, but it is not working still. Tried re-installing the software also. Anybody have any idea about the reason ?

Whenever you go for reconfiguration of the EVDO then ask the person to connect the data card in his PC and show it to you that its connecting.
@santosh I would suggest you to go to the exchange and tell them to check it on their PC.

friends, i am in RT Nagar (near Hebbal) also facing same problem since last one week, only 1x is coming , no evdo, today only i got to know that need to reconfigure the device to get the net properly, have to do, will get back once reconfigured my device.
