well.. all I can say is that it will become common and development takes place. some other private company may start. keeping in mind that 2009 is just 5 months away.. I also think there will be no such huge difference..

probably.. by the end of 09 there will be some advancement in network infrastructure.

Assuming that u know what static IP is.. i will tell about the shared..

The IP will be shared among many people simultaneously. So there will be 100s of people who will be sharing ur IP.. see this post:

ok....so wont that mean for the users connected under the shared ip speeds will be much lower than usual,,,,,

so i check usually at Guests cannot see links in the messages. Please register in our forum for free by clicking here to see links. for my ip and i saw that whenever utorrent mentions about some firewall setting problem the ip is..... .68.63 ,(i dont rem the other no.s)

when no firwall problems are detected....it is always some other ip........but maybe after 1 hour(or less) the connection disconnects and reconnects.........it goes back to previous state,,,,,,is that normal...?
