EVDO - 12 Hrs Connection ?

Hi Guys,

I am experiencing a strange problem. From the day I took EVDO connection, it gets down every night at 12 and next day comes at 12. So, there is total 12 hrs of disconnection. ( Happening in PUNE, so other MAH region guys please help )

During this time, whenever I connect to the server it gets connected immediately but no data transfer happens and Green LED flashes quickly but before connecting it flashes slowly indicating tower is registered. And if I disconnect then it disconnects quickly and Green LED behaves normally (slow flash).

I have tried switching to other towers by placing my device in other locations but situation remains the same everywhere.

Please guys, help me out. Because the real purpose of 24 hrs of connection is getting defeated here. Moreover, it happens for 12 hrs that's a lot when real downloading starts only at night. I think there is some problem with your area's exchange or the BTS. It's better to complain to the officials. If u neglect, u will have to wait for months.. just go and push them to do the work.

You are right Gigacore. Today I will notice if same thing happens or not. Will report it to them after proper confirmation since it has happened twice. If it happens again for today and tomorrow then I will definitely take the matter to BSNL exchange.

yeah bro but I am not able to figure out how to boost torrent download speed ?

^ it's been a myth. Just browse around this forum and u may find some solutions to increase the speed a little.

oki doki boss. I think using many torrent at once can lead to increase in aggregate speed.

maybe, but for me Free Download Managers (FDM) works fine. I get decent speeds.. 30 - 60 KBps
