Please confirm that coverage available is EVDO and not cdma 1x. coz my friend at jamshedpur still gets the 1x signal.

in Jamshedpur EVDO coverage is not everywhere but in some places only like Bistupur, Sakchi, Kadma, Adityapur, CH Area, Northern Town etc.

How good is the EVDO coverage in the NIT Adityapur area?
the type of speeds that we get, are they good enough to touch broadband level? even during the peek hours?

well the tower is located on the roof of Ashiyana trade Centre.. i live in nishant vihar which is just behind the ashiyana building... the speed is good enough to beat any other broadband provider in whole jamshedpur.. or i can say whole jharkhand.. if u are in NIT hostel then better will be if u are in the top floor coz when i was living in sahara garden city in the ground floor i wasnt able to use this device... if u need any more info u can contact me on 9304510842

I used to get 350--1000 kbps earlier ,and now ,from past 3-4 days the speed has gone down a lot ,almost getting below 200kbps constantly ,with some sudden hikes for few seconds like it touches 600 mark and then return back to the normal low speed mode ,is the problem caused by the operators in the exchange or it's just the connectivity problem of my device ,is there anyone else who noticed any change ,anyone know the contact no of the exchange ,the one which is in H.E.C ,it's be very helpful..please if anyone with any answer reply ,it's really painful and frustrating ,even at this time ,my down rate is not moving above 100kbps and the max rate is shown 600 kbps :x..
