connection trouble

hi guyz,
I am using evdo from march 2009 n it was going fine.I am staying at whitefield ,suddenly last week one day nobody was able to acesses evdo here but 1x was working.When i tried 1x it was not showing any signal.But after that when all were able to aceses evdo i was unable.It was showing remote computer did not respond.
I went to exchange and reconfigured the device when i connected it worked but after sometime when i disconnected and tried again it was not working.
Plz help guyz

I think they did something wrong.Its better you visit the exchange again and get it configured once again

i am staying near whitefield as u said from last one week evdo signal is not avilable, and only 1X is working. By using DNS i was able to connect to evdo..but lot of fluctuation...
