no other options work..until now i was using novatel cdma and sometimes sprint.speed really looks stripped down..hopefully its server work and not due to mac.
Are you using bsnl evdo? Where do you stay?
Thanks Veagles. The tutorial & method is good except for a small flaw. You need to load the kext file everytime you restart after shutdown. Any solutions?????!!!!!!
Try clearing the kext cache.

Code:
~<Username>$ sudo -s
bash-3.2# touch /System/Library/Extensions
reboot
Or
Code:
bash-3.2# rm -f /System/Library/Extensions.mkext
iam in kerala..i use bsnl evdo itself..

my internet is too slow..when i used i use to get high speeds. i get transfer speeds to a max of 10kbps..while in windows i used to get 100kbps in the same location. any suggestions..
I am still on 1x 144 kbps network. The speeds are either the same or better on mac than windows.
no man its too slow..i tried on my friends vista lap and i get speed of 100kbps transfer rate which means a connection speed of 1000kbps...both laptops were kept next to each other..now when i connect on mac i get 10kbps..whats wrong..in the first page where you described the driver as something used in mobiles etc i saw a line its a low data traffic driver..is it so..any new idea..
I would have tried if I had EVDO. I am stuck on 1x now.
