Hi Everyone,

I recently shifted to Mathikere near Mathikere Bus Stand. My room is on the 2nd floor, so I am getting 4 bars of signals of 1X. Can anyone tell me if there is EVDO signal around this area. I had configured my device for EVDO at NR Colony Customer Care, but no sugns of EVDO at all.

^^ then that means EVDO might not be available in Mathikere. Were u able to access EVDO in ur old location ?

I am staying in HSR layout, and my home is 500m away from BSNL HSR Layout Exchange (opposite to JSS Public School, HSR Layout BDA Complex).
I enquired regarding EVDO facility in tht exchange, but thy are not aware of it.
Could you confirm me whether it is the exchange tht u have specified in the article tht has been published........

I don't stay in HSR Layout exactly, but in HSR Layout Extension. (beyond power-station), and I get 3-bars & avg. 150kbps of EV-DO in my area, if used from 1st floor, 4-bars & Avg. 250kbps on 2nd floor, and mostly only 1-2 bars of CDMA-1x & avg 30kbps on ground-floor.

I've however used CDMA EV-DO in HSR layout sitting iny my car, near Food-days, and it was working, don't remember signal strength though.

I am staying in Banashankari 3rd stage near Big Bazaar.I am having the ZTE card since march 08. I am planning to upgrade to EVDO. I have never received EVDO signal at my place. But i receive CDMA 1x signal consistently(3 or 4 bars).
Can anyone from the area tell if they get EVDO signal properly?

am staying near vidyapeet circle....till nw i havnt seen any evdo signal...

WEhat about Hennur Cross? I recently got the EVDO...but just inquiring.

OT : Any body willing to give back the device , let me know ,I need to buy the EVDO device .

Is there any EVDO tower near AECS Layout, Kundahalli Gate, Bangalore ?
